Screen Printing

From a single color print to full color print, we can provide you with top quality screen printing for apparel orders with a minimum of 18 pieces. Most commonly screen printing is used for t-shirts, sweatshirts, sweatpants, hoodies, uniforms, coveralls, and athletic wear.  Screen printing is also available on hard goods, with varying minimum quantities depending on the product. Art work may be supplied by you in a vectorized format or created by our in-house graphics department. Set-up charges and art charges may apply.

Embroidery is a popular and  effective way to logo all types of items including a wide range of apparel, headwear, athletic wear, sports bags, blankets, camp chairs, work wear and more.Typically, your logo will be ’digitized’ to convert it to an embroider-able form.  In our process we will send you a virtual embroidery image for your approval or edits. This is followed, if necessary, by a stitch-out of the actual embroidery for your final approval (fee may apply). Digitizing and/or art charges may apply. Please contact us for minimum quantities required.

Pad printing

Often used to logo promotional products or specialty items such as coffee mugs, travel mugs, golf balls, pocket knives, and more. Minimum quantities, Set-up charges and art charges may apply.

Embossing is a process where we create a die of your logo, which is then pressed, or ’embossed’ onto garments such as melton or leather jackets, fleece apparel, hoodies, or leather portfolios. It is a great way to make a more subtle impression with your logo. There is a charge for the die set-up and minimum quantities are required.

Thermal transfers

Thermal transfer process is used where screen printing is not feasible on garments, such as certain types of gloves (like green kings). A thin heated film is printed on and then transferred to the garment. Minimum quantities, Set-up charges and art charges may apply.

This is the method where we screen print, embroider, or emboss your logo onto crests which can then be sewn or glued onto various garments or items. Minimum quantities, Set-up charges and art charges may apply.

Engraving is often used on promotional products using laser engraving technique, or on plaques, trophies or awards using more traditional engraving means. Minimum quantities, Set-up charges and art charges may apply.
